(GUI) Healing totem (no MUI)

Hello everyone,

I'd like to create a spell which places attackable unit (totem) and point of caster and unit has peridoic healing "aura". Every X seconds it will heal every friendly unit within Y range of totem.
I've tried to make it myself but kinda failed.

I need:
- heal set in variable
- period of heal easily changeable

I don't need:
- I don't need it MUI, Cooldown > Duration and there is only one unit on map with this spell

I think this might even be achieved without any Triggering, using the Obsidian Statue's ability.
Base your skill of Serpent Ward, and replace the Ward Unit with one that has no attack, and a Replenish Health ability with the heal amount you want, the period of the heal as cooldown and the Range increased to what you want. Then also set in the Object editor this ability as the automatically active one of the Ward. It will then automatically cast it's heal as long as friends are in range.
