I think this is a playable and is supposed to be uploaded on the mainstream map section and not in the template section and also if this is a beta it should be uploaded in the map development forum.

EDIT: The map is really weird and although having a gameplay it is faulty and lacking. You should post this in the forums so that you could get some feedback from expert map makers.
