so i tried wrapping the sea turtle head to the pitlord texture.
here is the result. i might finish this as a gargoyle overseer kinda thing.

I think Grendel is using dragon or wyvern animations if he uses in game ones. If no then something self made would look awesome.

Khil it's really bugging me how often you do complain about filesize '-.- I'm shure Grendel- knows what is doing. Such big monsters happen to be not so often in a game anyway. ^^
That's my habit.
I didn't force people to follow my habit.
I just ask and predict base one my eye and my experience.
Sure my habit did help me a lot with my model. File size first , eye candy later! Obviously people alway want "maximum value use with minimum space lost" in a game like WCIII.
