Due to the fact that this is a 5 years old model, I will probably not fix the errors because my program does not work under windows 7.
I am happy with the model, I only dislike the death animation. Every other animation is done the way I perceived the 2D to 3D rendition.
The walk may seem funny, but the greater mummy in Diablo 2 walks "without knee movements"
I have issues texture, I do not have the skills. Feel free to make new skins :)
I might try to make a new texture in the future.

reducing polies won't do much. they're a bit high, but nowadays who cares?

the weight of the model is on the texture... export it with lower quality in magos and the problem is solved.

i reduced it greatly with no apparent losses in quality... (700kb to 70) now i would say the model is an acceptable import...

theres a glitch in stand animation that affects legs (in its waist bone most likely) that shows in magos... does it show in-game? didn't check. and yeah, that walk animation is hilarious...

em, why not use ingame skins? That would reduce filesize even more.....

Because he's trying to create a unique style that in-game textures would not have.

But, still, file size could be reduced tenfold by saving the texture 256x256 with 50% quality, and it would still look exactly the same on the model in-game.
