You need to use a custom lighting environment. Specifically you need to decolourise everything (somewhere there is a value that controls this).

It should be noted that many of the fields lighting control only affect people playing the game near maximum visual settings. People playing on low visual settings may get different results from certain settings while others will be ignored entirely. Make sure to test any lighting at both extreme and lowest to see if the results are acceptable. Remember you cannot force players to play at higher visual settings as their hardware may be incapable or they may lack resources at the time to do so.
