GoddessElune

This bundle is marked as useful / simple. Simplicity is bliss, low effort and/or may contain minor bugs.
This is a very old model of mine. It was originally requested from Admiral Jack, but never used elsewhere. After all that time, i decided to upload it. There's a pic of it in my Requests & Contracts album. Anyways, i hope you'll find it usefull. It's a model about the goddess Elune from the Night Elves, at least that was its original purpose. It can serve as all kinds of Night Elf hero. Have fun with it and enjoy!

Kwaliti:

In order for this to be approved you need to do the following:

-Dress/cape needs to be shrinked on the sides, as it looks unnatural
-The hero glow has to be detached from bones
-You have to animate the dress/cape properly in the dissipate animation

If it's possible, reduce the polycount.

Well it's sorta meh, i hate her skirt and animations (basicly bones connection to mesh, not anims) need so much work..

Somehow i liked her portrait:)
lol, the anims (and skeleton) are from the Human sorceress. Funny that you like the portrait more than the actual model though, it's simply the archer's portrait, if i'm right. The model is also pretty old, so it hasn't seen my best efforts. :vw_sad:

Just downloaded and tested it. She doesn't have feet. She has hooves. Which is strange.
Here's what I did with an hour after deleting basically everything from the Campaign Screen which you used for making this model. http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y126/Cool_lil_Dude/CinematicExElfWithFeet2.png

That's more like feet. If you want to save yourself some time, you can have my model and just import the geoset of the feet into yours? ;P

:vw_wtf: she actually has, she's just not walking. She uses the anims from the Human Sorceress (MPQ --> War3.mpq --> Unist --> Human --> Sorceress). She's not supposed to walk.

I meant that mesh transfer was successfull only in a portrait.
yeah, i don't wonder, i do experienced some problems while assigning the vertices to the corresponding bone in MDLVIS. Dunno why, i never had that before on any other model. :vw_sad:

I never said she had to walk, I merely pointed out that she is an elf, and physically and genetically speaking, is born with feet. Now that she has gained arcane knowledge, she doesn't have to walk anymore if she does not wish to do so. However, her feet would remain. What you did was to sow up the part where the feet should be, giving the appearance of hooves rather than feet. So, I suggested a fix, because that would quite frankly look better and wouldn't add more than a few kilobytes to the model.
