[General] Goblin Tinker body-lock animation

I'm 80% sure Blizzard uses a specific naming convention for their model bones in order to be used by some parts of the editor like this action

Tinker's head bone is called "Bone_Head01" while the almost entirety of the other models is "Bone_Head". I've renamed it and it does seem to work after testing, so if you don't mind importing it (Tinker's model is huge in terms of size) that's your fix

I've tried it with your model and still no movement.
