DonDustin: looks great. I will approve it, but I really think you should use an orc texture for the goblins face to fix the color difference between body and head. It would also make your model more unique.

In terms of attack animations, don't stop the swing motion when it supposedly hits the target, let him continue the swing, giving some sense of weight. I doubt that mace is light.

You should use geoset animations to tint the head to fit the body or visa versa. At the moment there is a huge difference in terms of color between the head and the body.

I'll give you a proper review later.

Thank you but I don't know if I will release the weapon and armors as separate attachments as it will make this unit look less original

Please add decay anims so it can also be used as a non-hero-unit.

Suggestion for Attack Slam Animation:
Let spawn more particles during the actual swing (for a more complete arc) and stop spawning after the 'hit'.

If you don't want to upload an unarmored version, am I allowed to remove the weapon on my own and still use it?

Cba making decay animations to this one sorry :/ might change the particle emitter but you can change it if you like and also you can remove the armor as long as you credit me for the model

It looks just fantastic! It will be good addition to a goblin army. Most goblin units are just weak light infantry with spears and darts, since goblins are small, short and rather physicaly weak in comarson to other races. However goblins can bypass this, using powerful technology - explosives, mechs with sharp saws, rockets, zappelin bombers, stick-grenades (my favourite!) and artillery. A close fight specialist like this one helps to form a unique, diverse army.
