It's supposed to be like a polearm

Make an ability based on "sphere" and change the attachment to this model and change the attachment point to hand, left or hand, right

Now when your unit have this ability the Hellreaver will be placed in his hands.

The texture looks good, but the model is too small in-game. Attached to a unit it just looks too toyish because of it's size. However, it might be ok used as a missile for a spell.
