Hero Glows can be added via attachment, there are a few Hero Glow models in this site you could use.

I think Torch-like glow is added from the Node Manager in Magos (see attachment), but I *think* you could only actually see it in game, not in the editor.

If you download some custom Glow models and attach them to the hero it would give you what you want just as Matarael said. All you have to do is import the model make a new ability based on the capture the flag ability and than name the about glow and change the model it uses to your imported glow and make the attachment point to where you want the glow to be like origin/chest/left hand and so on. Or you could afcourse just use triggers to do this.

There is a custom Hero Glow model on hive somewhere. Basically you import it, and then add it to an ability. I used an edited version of the Slow Aura (Tornado). You'll need to change these values of the ability to 0.

Data - Movement Speed Factor
Stats - Area of Effect
Stats - Buffs (Just delete whatever is in this)

And add the Hero glow model to the part that says
Art - Target:

Then give your new ability to the hero you are using.
(The ability is under Unit abilities by default, not Hero.)

I hope this helped.
