Ghouly Thing

hey...can sum1 make a model or a skin, thats pretty much like a ghouly undead thing, with blue hair and sorta emo looking, with black shadows round its eyes? maybe with its skin colour changed to sumthing more human looking? id really appreciate, ill use it in many of my maps if its good enuff, the dude with the blue hair is sorta a representation of myself, so this cool creature thing wuld be used many times by myself, and can be used as a spirit thing in maps, im planning on using it as a unit in Island Nations, and in other maps. id really appreciate if sumone cud do it. it needs 2 have glowy eyes 2.
