I am looking for a modeler that is driven to try a unique project. To recreate the world of Warcraft Orcs and Humans. Doing this by getting that old classic feeling sticking onto the World Editor, namely getting that 2D feeling.

Is it possible? Of course it is possible, nothing is impossible :p but I believe it could be a challange for anyone trying it. Are you the man for the job? Or woman? Nonetheless, if you are interested and think this is a unique project please contact me on the site.

First of all: You're requesting or recruiting, so this is not the place to post this.

Second of all: You only made 2 posts on this site and you expect people to just make hard models for you? Do you think were only here to obey you and you can just get the map you want without anything in return? I don't think so, so I got a better plan: You earn your request by browsing the forum first and helping people who you can help. After that, you can start asking if people want to make stuff for you as a favor. After all, a request is still a favor.

Yeah I suppose, it was not intended. I was going to ask "Is it possible?" really. But I am really eager and driven to make this project :D I'm sorry, totally wrong forum for the recruitment part I know. It was, as previously stated, not intended. I was excited, and still am, when I wrote this thread.

The below might sound as a recruitment form of sorts, but it is a clarification of what was said in the above quote. I want to explain myself:
I am aware, as stated in my previous comment, I was merely eager, excited and so on. I am excited to make this project. I do not expect anything nor expect anyone to do anything for me. I do not want to order others, nor do I want anyone to be obeyed. In other words, I do not want this: "Make this for me biatch, and then begone!". I would like to meet someone cool, which is able to make fantastic models for this project. And hopefully not feel used. After all, those models created would most likely be the main attraction, my simple and mediocre work that I can create wouldn't match the creation of even the simplest model created by the beginner modeler. I am looking for a person, that might want to join this project and perhaps join future projects too. It is not a matter of "using anyone". I do not want to use anyone. I am merely expressing my wishes, see it as a wishlist perhaps? I would like the person making the models, whoever that will be in the future, to be a part of the project. Not someone on the sidelines making models. And all of this is truly and honestly how I feel.

And I like your plan :D It is pretty obvious all of this. A simple matter of respect which I totally violated and I am sincerely sorry for it. Really! :(

I'll rephrase my whole first post with one sentance: "Is it possible to make 2D styled models in the World Editor? Has anyone tried it?".

EDIT: I just looked into your Final Fantasy IX project o_O mate, awesome. If you could, could you PM me a field that you want created and I will try my best to do it. This is not thought of as a favor though, or the start of me helping someone. This I want to do because I am an obsolete fan of the Final Fantasy series. And because I myself would like to try something challanging.

Thanks in beforehand, Osvir :D

Like, I said: With 2 (now 3) posts, it gives an impression that you're just here, thinking you can get anything you want here for your maps. If it's here, you can get it. If it's not here, it will be made for you. I think I made my point about that in my previous post.

So let's stick to my previous solution: Check out the forum for people who could use your help. A community like this is about giving and taking, so let's just do that.
