Is there a way to find the Z value of a point without having to use a location? For example, can you just use the x and y coordinates?

Also (this is if i have to use a location),
Would it be better to just use one location and do MoveLocation(udg_Loc, x, y) or should i set the location and remove it every time i want to use it?
