Get Rid of rating it is worthless

Rating would be good if people were actually rating stuff, but they only rate things when it is a lame thing like a cnp icon from a picture or a spell that is storm bolt with other missile effect they rate it with 5

but when the resource was made by someone they hate they rate it with 1 for no reason.

But when some one likes one spell he says in the comments he loved it but no rate.

I say get rid of that it is actually lame and senseless.
