It looks like the same, moves like the same, seems like you used NwN porting :D (which aint bad, I recall I wanted to port the jelly too but the result was not satisfying and the thing had those elastic modifiers to convert, which was tedious work)

Mucho kudo's to this =P

(btw: maybe turn the skin into addalpha/modulatex2, which would make it not so bright and more yellyish. Also some floating stuff would be nice in this thing)

Nah, its nothing like the ol' NWN version. This is a blobby cube, the NWN version is a cube with a different base and some stuff floating around. There are only so many ways one can make a gelatinous cube =P

It was based off the DnD creature known as a Gelatinous Cube, which I reckon rock

Thanks for all the positive comments everyone.

It's not ported; I made that from scratch, which consisted of a cube primative on the modeling end. I tried AddAlpha and Modulate2X, but I ended up liking this one the most. Maybe my concept of how gelatenous cubes is off, though.

There's an attachment point (if I remember right...) that moves around in such a way that one could attach something to it to make it a floating chunk. The person that requested this wanted it to eat units or something, so you could supposedly just attach a unit to that point and have it look like it's being digested.

OMG exactly what i needed for my D&D World map :D
I'll use it like the mimic model :D

P.S.
Guys don't say that the model is too big. Gel cubes in D&D are big like elephants...

Edit:
Mmm i tried it but the texture really needs reworking. I give 4/5 due to the good animation ;)

I asked my friend to remake it, look here:
