How can I fix the gaps on models when I animate it?

He probally meant something like:

Good working animation:
A

C
D
[Loop]

Not working animation (with gaps yes):
A
B
D
[Loop]

The C is clearly missing.

Once the model is exported, those gaps will be gone.
