Nvm. It started in 2000 and released in 2001. It looks a lot like Starcraft.

here's the game history.

"In Cortex Command, you play as a prospector and explorer in a time where complete cybernetics and whole-body amputations are common practice. Your severed brain is able to control many different types of bodies remotely from its underground bunker: clones, robots, spaceships, defensive turrets, and so on.

A typical scenario starts with a building phase where you get to construct your own bunker complex from scratch. Then you need to mine precious gold from the deformable pixel terrain in order to buy more and better ships, soldiers, weapons, digging tools, and deployable defenses. Use these assets to defend your disembodied brain and destroy or bankrupt your opponent!

LOL! Sadly, you dont see your brain being severed. You see it in a little glass case that you have to protect, or you FAIL! The full version isn't even out yet, new builds and mods ares still being released You can even make your own maps, objects, guys and guns! People have made massive robots with drills XD Its a cool little game really, but of course you have to pay for the full version :/ BUT, there is a small demo you can download for free! Its not really like starcraft, theres no troop producing buildings and the such.

It's his second brain. XD And if you put it into a small orb on a strin attached to him, he can talk back and zap you to death! XD or he'll just eat your face off XD

They don't bite. From what I can tell, they'd rather pull you in wuith their hands and mouth tentacle things. lol jk. Actually, they would eat you. they really would.

... he made them seem too peaceful. they have 3 forms of killing: Rabid, Hate, and Patience. XD usually, they will have red eyes. They can also use "Patience" form of killing to make you into one of them, mind, body, 100% Ood. XD Other than that, they're epic! XD

Killing by patience? What, they make you sit in a chair for a week until you suddenly transform into a Ood? Lol. And why do they sing? Evil creatures....

lol they will give you a drink over time if your losing hair and trying to grow it back. and it could take... about a month of drinking it. You never know if they are helping you or slowly bringing your demise! It's Epic! =D

"Red Eyes" is awesome. They just won't go down. lol Imagine being swarmed by them. "Forget zerg rushing, Ood Rushing!" love! ^^ If your poisoned long enough, and you become an ood, the transformation is creepy. You feel something weird at the back of your head, naturally, you would try to pull it off, right? Well, anyways, you pull your skin off and your head is and ood. really creepy. lol
