Gaias Hacked again.

Hey guys, I was plyaing gaias the other day and some guy in brazil room hosted the game, i downloaded the map from him (which is odd since i have all the versions) then in the game he started doing all this strange stuff with his buddies ex: he appeared anywhere on the map (-tele); he had like 20 d3 bosses copied (-copy); and all of them die (-shareall; -kill) etc. So i asked one of them that knew little english and he said it's been over a month since the map was hacked.

So I just thought is there any way to protect the map so no one can hack it?

Why do you care about them? If they really want to ruin their game by beign a bunch of non skilled retards then, I belive that they deserve a version made(hacked) especially for such "players".
They can screw around on their rooms and map versions, I don't want them to come and play on European RPG rooms.
Just leave them alone so they can raise their ego without any effort and lose all the fun that comes out from playing the map.

Well... a lot of people can lvl and gear their chars in tha hacked version then come play in europe rpg rooms and no one will know.

To tell the truth it's almost no fun now that I know about the hacked version. I thought this map was "unhackable" xD.

there's a jass hack which first you unprotect the map then paste the Code and then play and with -lvl xxx or -tele or -gold xxx or -wood xxx you can get anything you want.
unless zwiel makes a code to disable those commands in jass so when they unprotect and paste it won't work , it will continue get hacked

at least it will prevent Noob hackers which only kno how to unprotect and copy paste the code to use the hacks , a normal player would change the name of the words like -givegold xx or stuff like that

The thing is, don't play on brazilian rooms. I'm brazilian and i play on europe rooms, cuz i know brazilian players are hackers, retarded or both (wich is more common).

There is simply no way to protect a wc3 map from unauthorized manipulation. There are ways to make it harder, but it only delays the hackers, it cant stop them. But putting time into a protection also delays the developement of the map, so it is pretty much useless.

Just dont play with cheaters and laugh about them having fully equipped highlevel heros but lacking the skill of playing them.

Pretty much every game has people who find fun in fucking with it, the level of messing with a warcraft rpg is a lot easier, let whores have their trinkets.

The best part I find about this game is the tight knit communities that work together, that know each other and have farmed for fucking hours for that one drop they never get. It's more about the people you play with, hence why gaias is such a good team game.

hackers usually do some retarded stuff like getting level 50 or getting some wrong stuff or have no idea how to do simple stuff like dodging ashes but having fire lord items. I have seen bishop with polt that didnt had arcane seal and stuff like that which always are a good give away. I dont know why that bugs you. Let people do what they want. Any game have cheats that you can use, because people know that there are those pathetic people that dont care about playing but just want to look incredibly strong which i calll the "small Internet penis syndrome people" So let them have fun Everyone deserves huge f*cking INTERNET D*CK!!!!

Don't play such maps at first place.
Anyone with some skill can hack wc3 map, lol.

Just play original maps.
Some things won't change like item or quests codes in original script so you can save hero in hacked and play with it in normal map.

EDIT:

Btw when we speak about hacking, there is no tool, application or whatever that can be 100% locked or protected.
If PC or PHONE or WHATEVER must find way to run it (warcraft 3 must find way to open map so you can play it) then there is way that you do same thing with some other tools.
Some programs are more complicated than others or less used than others so hackers don't bother with them.
But if they find way, to maybe even earn some money, they will.
