I think boss respawn timer is a problematic thing. The suggestion is not bad per se, but it encourages an amount of metagaming that will be hurtful to the players' will to do other things than mindless farming. It will thus reduce Gaias to just a handful of boss fights for experienced players. I can totally understand why you would want it though, since it obviously makes farming less tedious.
