Unix time, or POSIX time, is a system for describing points in time: it is the number of seconds elapsed since midnight Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) of January 1, 1970, not counting leap seconds.

A timestamp with a value of 0 is midnight, January 1st, 1970. Random error.

As EF suggested, some of the topics imported from Wc3Search did not have their timestamps set correctly, so they defaulted to 0, which results in a date of January 1st, 1970 ± the number of hours in your timezone offset from UTC.
