I was thinking, it might be that a sword done with the purest metals, forged by the holiest of the paladins, and blessed for the most sacred of the naaru it could be so powerful as to destroy Frostmourne at the same time as it destroys the Lich King and finishes with the curse of the Scourge?

I think the closest there is to that is Ashbringer, which was infused with Magni Bronzebeard's rage for Muradin's death at the hand of Frostmourne.

It just so happens, however, that Muradin didn't die after all, and now rules the Frostborn in Northrend under another alias. I do find it interesting though, that he managed to survive after being impaled through the heart, another fantastic plot hole from Blizzard there. ;)

Muradin is dead, end of story.

However, Ashbringer actually was forged with holy metals and by the Order of the Silver Hand, and that includes Tirion. The Ashbringer is actually the closest thing there is to Frostmourne's counterpart, unless you count the Lightbringer's Hammer, Uther's weapon of choice.
