[Spell] Forked Lightning

i'm using the ability forked lightning and configured it so that it will only target 3 enemy's and deals 195 dmg my problem is when i cast this spell the 3 targets won't get the dmg of 195
for example: there are 3 units with 350 hp so as i thought when casting the ability they all should have 155 hp left, but i'm wrong one has only ~20 hp left other one 155 the last ~300, why is the damage splitted? i want all of them to get the same ammount of damage...

my english isn't good enough to translate all the fields...
maybe you can tell wich field's are important?

it's hard to upload a test map, cuz the problem i have is in my rpg, on all other maps it work's fine
