Forced 2D Portraits

Hi, i was searching this a lot but I can't see the option to do this T_T anyone knows?

Its in Video Settings, change 3D to 2D for portraits.

oh my god...I know that is in video settings xDD but I need to know how to force this in the Data editor so the people that download my map doesn't need to change their video settings
