Force other spells to go on cooldown

Is there anyway to force other spells of the same unit go on cooldown without ordering the unit to actually use them?

Let's say my hero has [Fire left missile], [Fire right missile] and [Fire both missiles] as skills. If I use the [Fire left missile], both that skill and the [Fire both missiles] skill should go on cooldown. If he uses [Fire both missiles], all three skills should go on cooldown. Is there anyway to do that while retaining the cooldown animation?
 
Exchume corpses has cd animation you can trigger yourself. So you can replace the abilities with cd indicator abilities and revert back to original ones after cd passes.
