Fix Fan of Knives model

Hey,

Can you fix

Abilities\Spells\NightElf\FanOfKnives\FanOfKnivesCaster.mdl

model? It doesn't now show when I use this code:

• Special Effect - Create a special effect attached to the chest of (Attacking unit) using Abilities\Spells\NightElf\FanOfKnives\FanOfKnivesCaster.mdl
• Special Effect - Destroy (Last created special effect)

Test map is attached to show what to fix exactly.
