Filesize increased to 8 MB!!!!

So i just wanted to say (if you dont already know) that the filesize is now 8mb.

We know, have that is like super mega old news xD not even news anymore.
A beta for the patch has been up for ages.
But we wont abuse the fact that you can have 8mb now.
The reason to that is becouse it might start to lag for some people and it takes so damn long to download the map then

Yeah thats a shame. They are giving us uploaders a hard time on b.net. But what the hell. Its my parents fault i only have 350kbit upload :/

But if you surpassed the size of 2 mb, bigger size don't matter anymore. Just when hosting the game, write a link to map download.

I'll just say: Don't expect the people to stay in rooms and download map. This isn't dota so they would go to getdota.com to get it. But that will change(Yep, the guys just could kick it from the game and made it as game, or it will be alive until SC2 which is worse scenario)

If the host has a reasonable upload speed, chances are the download time will be no trouble at all Plus, I doubt dota players would want to play this map anyways lol

Ooh yeah, my upload sucks. But guys. there will always be people in the end. I always seem to get full houses when i upload 4mb maps. So not cus i wont get people. But i still cant stop yelling inside myself at my parents. I mean, we dont even get half what we pay for. And even if we had a 800kbit upload, it wouldnt be that pimp. No i would like a 100mbit/100mbit connection, which you only can get with fibernet, i think its called (not sure what its called on english.) That would surely help :/

tbh, when you live in the uk, your lucky to have 10mb

Haha, here in DK most people have a 10mbit/1mbit connection i think. Or well, most people which use the internet for gaming does And a few people have the nice "fibernet" One of my friend shares internet with a whole flat and can push it up to 80mbit/80mbit. What a lucky guy :/
