Few Questions about Melee

I am working on a melee map right now and I was wondering if I could do something unusual.
Here's few questions:

Is Melee allowed to contain:
1. Custom items?
2. Standard hostile heroes as creeps?
3. Custom destructibles/doodads?
4. Imported files?
