Nice merge of two units into a rider, behaves well in-game. I think you can work more on the portrait talk anim tho. Review accepted by Footman16
To be honest I don't watch for polygons anymore. But, in my defence, there are probably a lot of hidden vertices and planes in the rider mesh because I am still learning blender.
well you should be, for the SD section. You can always use optimizer for removing unused geometry, once you are done making the model, as a last step in the modelling process. Also im sure blender has options to change the segmentation of generated gemetric shapes.

Of course. Maybe I'm wrong, maybe it's not what I think.
There are approved footmen models with 10k polygons thus this shouldn't be much of a problem considering it's a mount+rider model, basically two models into one.
