The icon is pretty good but kinda not too hard to tell that it's a edit of a screenshot, there's some things that look confusing to me (probably because I didn't see the model).

Haha, yeah makes more sense now. I was wondering why his cheek bones were so sharp, turns out he has a mask on. That was a bit confusing since he had similiar color highlights on his shoulders so I just assumed all of it is his skin.
