Good effort, but it looks, well... Very weird. That style of branches only looks right if there are a lot of them. I'm sorry it turned out like this, sometimes trees just don't work out and have to be remade.
The biggest problem is how many of the branches are bending towards the trunk. Turn them outward, and it will look a little better.
Great job on the choice of textures, though.

Its sure is useful specially for us(melee mappers) since blizzard's trees surely suck, but please add more branches! It looks weird!

Hey eubz, how about giving a shot and making some kind of frozen tree? Icy branches and white / blue-ish little branches / leaves. I would appreciate a frozen winter tree, haven't seen anything like it so far.

It looks like it is missing four branches. For some reason it just looks.. off at the moment. ;P
Also, I'd like to add that I will now for future reference refer to eubz as "Eubz the Gardener"

I find you model pretty good! but what's up with that thing on the bottom? 
did you forget to remove it or smth? although it's not really visible it doesn't fit with the tree >_<

looks weird..maybe because of the miniscule amount of leaves it has. i think it'll look better if you'll make it some sort of dead tree to make good use of those leaves.

Looks well-textured, and really like a nice tree. However, it should include a bit more leaves, but it is cool like that. 5/5
