How can I make a specific unit's birth animation very fast?
(I want it to take only 2 seconds)

Use the action Animation>Set Animation Speed to X%. If the animation takes 3 seconds, then set the animation to 66.67%. Then you can set the animation speed to 100% after waiting for 2 seconds.

I made a mistake, you'll have to increase the speed, not decrease it if the animation took 3 seconds. It would have to be increased to 150%.
