HappyTauren: It is well enough animated, mesh is clean. The texture is not very wc3-fitting, however, I have included an alternate (wc3-friendly) texture in my first post below the submission. All credits still go to EbonyStallion.

Two minor fixes: add sound event object to fire on his death, and add "overhead ref", to about 0,0,120 (x,y,z) and you're set.

UPDATE: Changes made, so this is finally approved.

The texture is terrible for wc3, you need more shading and highlights, since wc3 is a sucky engine.

EDIT: Here, I've edited the original texture to have more saturation and contrast, and made wings have a visible texture. This texture is more wc3 friendly, while the original might be better for dark surroundings where custom created omnilights are present (it is then advised that models shouldn't have too much shading or contrast).

By the pic, don't you already see that like 60% of the model is shaded already ;p?
Along with each and every shade comes a highlight. I tested it ingame and noticed no real problems concerning how the texture looked. This model is meant to be used in unison with a dark or spooky environment, there's a reason I painted it with that color scheme. Originally I only made this for sport and lowpolyworkshop, but I decided to be a good guy and take a few more hours out of my day to convert and animate the fella.
Also updated with a picture of the (godly) UV.

I was actually talking about color range here, you do not seem to have a lot of contrast. Look at wc3's highlights, they are almost white, and their shadows are almost black. Perhaps upload an alternate texture to the post below the model, with more wc3-like shading and highlights.

So if you'd like to put this into Warcraft III, try adding more contrast via filters, since it has a consistent range, this could turn out nice. Then use sharpen. Also, I should add that animations are very nice, though a bit fast for wc3, but this can be fixed in game.

To be honest I have no idea how to do any of that you just mentioned. I hardly know how to use photoshop. I simply open up the document with one layer, the brush, and smudge and do whatever comes to mind.

I've added the texture to the first post of mine in this thread, and you should add event objects to it, so that it has sounds for death and stuff. Death is the only one required as far as that is concerned.

Sorry to bug you, but overhead ref should be an independent node, just move it left (make it have no parent) and this is ready for approval. This is to avoid wonky spell art.
