Extra Income Upgrade

Hi Ive tried to search for this (and im pretty sure it is here, somewhere..) but couldnt find anything: I got a building called Gold Mine, and i want it to have an upgrade, when the upgrade has finished the triggering player gets 5 gold more every 10 second... I tried with a few different things but either i didnt get any gold at all, or i got gold - even without the upgrade.. please help
