External non-WC3 ad?

This was in the Hosted Projects "ads", leads to an external vietnamese website with some english text with some minor WC3 content.
Is this a bug, did they pay for it or...?

I was unaware of Hive putting external websites in this.

Yeah it's never happened before but it was actually the hope that warcraft related sites would advertise. It's a paid thing. Everyone can do it from the user cp

It is a bit WC3 and rts related so I do not think they were wrong to use hive to advertise.
What is more mysterious is their business model (how do they gain enough money from it to evaluate it was efficient to pay hiveworkshop to advertise).

Whatever he is promoting over there doesn't really tingling my confusion but this lad need to have a better graphic design peeps here. At first second on bigger ads, it remind me to double check my pulse to see if I accidentally time travel or not.

It makes me feel familiar and strange, a little bit. Interesting ad, given that it is a Chinese element, but a Vietnamese site.
