Exporting Model With UVW Wrap images from 3ds Max 2010 useing NeoDex

My problem I am having with Neo Dex is exporting the mdl model with the images applied to it. If anyone has experience using 3ds Max 08, 09, or 10 and know how to export images with neo dex, it would be great for your help.
All I am making is low poly models that would be very useful to the average user. It would also be great if I could get help with exporting animations. Thanks.
