Exporting model in .gif with Wc3 Viewer

I have problems with Wc3 viewer and exporting the Demon Hunter model, playing the Stand animation.

When i export it, the model is in grey levels (only lighter and darker greys) except for the team color.

PS : I prefer that you tell me how to not have this problem than giving me the .gif.

How is the pallet being selected for the gif? It is possible that it is choosing a grey pallet for the gif.
