Exporting custom race

Just a quick question, how do you export a custom race you created to other maps? I can't seem to figure it out even after playing around with World Edit. Help would be appreciated!

It's pretty simple really.

1. copy over all triggers
2. copy over all imports
3. copy all object data

Though it may be time consuming.

By copying object data do you mean using the "Export all Object Data" function?
