Affinity System
Affinities are the Magic tech tree of the map that splits into 4 different themes for each empire type. However, each player can only have 1 affinity for each empire type, meaning that if they capture another player's workers from another empire type then they can get to pick one of the affinities from it once they build a mage guild with that worker.
Multiple Modes
During the beginning of the game, player 1 aka the host can choose from various modes.
List of Modes:
-Noob: Doubles the starting gold and resources.
-Capture: When a player destroys another player's town hall, that player will gain control of the losing player's units. This can make the game interesting by making it possible to take control of empire type specific or affinity specific structures(however if its not your affinity then you will not be able to make additional ones.) However, Affinities researched from empire types will not affect other empire types if any.
-Domination: Causes players that lost their town halls to lose instantly. This prevents players who lost from being a problem for the other players.
-Haste: Speeds up the income cycles causing it to give players their income twice as fast.
-Slow: Slows down the income cycles causing it to take twice as long to give players their income.
-FFA: Disables allying.
-Standard: Resets the mode settings back to default.
Alliances
During the game, players can form alliances with each other to help defeat other players, however those players will still have to fight each other in the end due to there can only be one player left standing.
Town Hall Placement
At the start of the game you control a wagon which can let you place your only town hall anywhere you can reach with it. This gives a lot of freedom with choosing where to base.
