Elven ruined building with removed Birth effect

A small and simple fix of the elven ruined building model, which is located at Buildings\Other\ElvenFishVillageBuildingRuined1\ElvenFishVillageBuildingRuined1.
This model contains a PopcornFX node for the Birth (building) animation, which is mistakenly played in the Stand animation. The node was simply removed, since there is no Birth animation.
Also, I don’t know how it works, but in patches 1.33 - 1.36 removing this node fixed game crashes in the first mission of the night elves TFT campaign when clicking on the mini-map. Not relevant since 1.36.1, I guess.
