elevator, cant move onto from cliff

hey i have a really small problem, i cant move onto any of my elevators from a cliff and when i push p i see there is a very thin line of red between cliff and lift but they are touching each other

can u help me plz?

Post a screen shot of the problem. When viewing it in the game or editor [where ever the problem happens] press: |PrtScn|the buttom looks like that

there can be sutch a line in we, ignore it and try 2 enter the elevator in game. ( check your trigger 4 the elevator and make sure the elevator walls is down on the right side of the elevator.) make sure also that you got cliffs that sorounds teh elevator( not @ the side you want the hero/unit 2 exit the elevator from)
