Elemental Shield Request

My request is for a shield that surrounds the caster in a protective barrier of leaves and wind. I would like it to absorb damage while at the same time afflicting damage to any nearby enemy units.

Basically I want the spell to be a combination of the Diablo2 Assassin's Shield Of Blades mixed with the Druid's Cyclone Armor and Hurricane.
