The butterflies and hand fire models are in the same folder as each other:
Abilities\Spells\NightElf\TreeOfLifeUpgrade\TreeOfLifeUpgradeTargetArtHand.mdx

And if you just want the Tree of Ages and Eternity fires by themselves, the attached models are stripped of the other upgrades and use default animations for each fire.
