Easy model required

All I need is an archer arrow which does not leave a trail, and faces the opposite direction. So it would appear to be fired backwards.

Also a minor increase in model size would also be good but not required (e.g. x1.2, or x1.5 the size)
+rep for anyone who can provide me this.
