Easy model - Block with death animation

Hi, I need a cuboid model with death animation. Size: 32 witdth and 32 length (to fit one grid). Height... I think 48 will be ok. Slightly rounded edges.
I also require death animation for it. I want to make destructible, but doodad wall models don't have animations.
UV mapping - every side with the same texture.
