[Hero Arena] Dungeon Hunter 4 like map?

Well I'm thinking of a kind of game likes this. I don't know what kind of map it should be labeled. This game I'm thinking is dungeon hunter 4. Dungeon Hunter 4 on android yea. But how about on making it on Warcraft? Well I'm not good in programming, only good on terraining XD. But not that good in terrain.

I'm thinking of it's camera, not just like that but looks like an MMORPG camera, not viewed on the top.
