Druid Crow Form

Im currently using the DeathWing model , i added the Crow form Ability to make it able to fly and walk. When i cast the spell, Half of death wing sinks to the ground and then he goes up. Same with going back into land form, death wing flys straight into the ground (until his body is half in air and half in ground) and then changes back into ground form.

How do i fix this?

Create a dummy spell and trigger your desired effects.

create your own flying heigt trigger/code, like from 0 to whatever height you desired...

that's most probably due to the animations so you need to find the perfect height setting for it to look good...
