Photoshop training with mouse.
Used 1-2 hours on making it (due to details) and im quite satisfied with the result this time then with other photoshop things i've made.

Dunno, i just thought 2 eyes would look cool and slightly original.

As an avatar, it looks better.

But yes, nice brushing but I think some areas could be more defined and have more depth.

The lower part of the jaw looks like some kind of fluid or something, definitely not skin.

Yeah, I assumed it was that. Maybe defining the scale seperations would make it seem more obvious. Also, does he have two eyes, or is one an eye while the other some sphere stuck into his head?

He has 2 eyes yes, but the other eye is about to close. so may be a bit confusing.
