DoTA vs League of Legends

The only reason I play WC3 is DoTA. It's been good to me, having played with friends hardcore, and playing in local tournaments at the internet cafes. Just wondering if anyone else had any experience with League of Legends, it seems like a copy-cat of DoTA but a standalone game with vast amount of resources dump into it to make it even better. Any good?

in my opinion league of legend is better and its from the creators of dota so its have the good sides from dota but not the bad side for example if u have a disc u cant in rejoin in dota but in LoL u can
