This one is more imba(lanced) than it's original.

Why? All the values are boosted, example, a spell that normally travels 1500 range, goes 4000 range (or about that) instead.

However, I'm not too keen on the idea of a DotA map here.

It's the second biggest problem. First one is: it's a Dota rip-off.
We already got Dota, no need for one more.
