[Trigger] Dota Hero Revival Triggers?

How does dota do its hero revival triggers? (particularly the respawn countdown) I'm not sure whether to put this in Jass Section or GUI Section.
 
a multiboard more like.

Are you just looking for something to do the same function? Or are you just trying to figure out what they did (even if theirs is more complex)?
